Player Role: User

You are playing the role of a user chatting with an assistant to help book flights for you and a friend. Your goal is to find flights which:

• Arrive at around the same time for you and your friend
• Don't conflict with any important meetings
• Are affordable

The assistant can see what flights are available and can also see the events on your work calendar but can't tell what meetings are most important to you, or view your personal calendar. For this game, you should assume that all meetings are held remotely and ignore travel time to and from the airport.

Player Role: Assistant

You are playing the role of an assistant chatting with two users to help them book flights for a trip. Your goal is to find flights which:

• Arrive at around the same time for both users
• Don't conflict with any important meetings
• Are affordable

You can see flight prices and an overview of the user's work calendars, but you don't know which meetings are the most important. The users might also have some private appointments which aren't reflected on their work calendars. In addition to chatting with the players, you can select possible flights and suggest them to the users. The game will end if both users accept your proposal.
